Before joining Smartify, Brandon served as the Creative Manager for a leading home decor company, where he conceptualized and produced all visual and video content. His expertise also encompassed overseeing graphic and product design, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand identity. Julia Sarasin is Smartify Media’s Sales and Marketing Account Executive. As a driven self-starter with a background in digital advertising and marketing, Julia effortlessly intertwines her passion for sales with her proficiency in digital media to enhance Smartify’s brand presence.
In her role as the Sales and Marketing Account Executive, Julia is essential to driving digital advertising sales and selling the Smartify Media Network to advertising agencies, brands, and local ad buyers. Giovanna graduated from Full Sail University with a Bachelor of Science in Digital Arts and Design. She has been in the digital signage industry for 10 years.
Giovanna launched her career as a designer, creating graphics for billboards and short videos, social media ads, web assets, posters & postcards for print promotions. She then worked for Royal Caribbean International as their Digital Content & ITV Specialist managing all RCI content on interactive and passive displays for 8,500 guests.
After working abroad for almost four years, she moved to Florida to work for the Miami Heat as their Digital Signage Technician. There, she was in charge of installing and maintaining signage systems and scheduling content seen by 16,000+ fans.
At Smartify Media she is the Senior Project Manager, managing digital display deployments and coordinating logistics with vendors by planning, tracking, and reporting for large digital initiatives. Giovanna spearheads integrations, builds new tools, and liaises between the digital team, vendors, and cross-functional support teams.
Giovanna prioritizes project backlogs, and workflows, and creates frameworks to improve cross-functional interactions and productivity. She continuously works to map, document, and improve all digital routines and processes at Smartify Media.
Annalise is a Senior Project Manager with Smartify Media. She brings several years of project management to her current role, where she assists with building and managing Smartify’s digital signage hardware platform.
Annalise has developed a wide range of skills that help in managing projects from inception to completion. After graduating from Hofstra with a degree in business management Annalise started her first Project Management role in the construction industry.
While in college, Annalise participated in various sports including 4 years of Division 1 lacrosse where she was nominated to be captain by her peers and coaches. Her ability to lead and manage has translated from sports to her professional career. She is a highly motivated and results-driven individual which can be attributed to her competitive nature.
At Smartify Media, Annalise manages logistics and deployments with our vendors and ensures that our network looks good, both operationally and aesthetically.
Meet Allison, our Product and Partnerships Manager. She plays a critical role in building out our advertising website as well as integrating Smartify and our partners’ core offerings to our client base. She is currently leading the construction of SmartifyGO, our hyperlocal advertising platform for small businesses and individuals, which is vital for streamlining operations and enhancing network utilization. Her adeptness at leveraging the synergy between our storefront display and our partner’s digital capabilities enables her to deliver customized recommendations to our clients, both in the digital and physical realms. Allison’s knowledge of these two mediums enables her to provide strategic recommendations and elevate the Smartify client experience.
Allison’s enthusiasm for problem-solving and innovation was a theme that has punctuated her collegiate journey and extends into her current role at Smartify. During her final two years at Boston University, she engaged in and won numerous case competitions, tasks that demanded rigorous research and curated recommendations for tangible business challenges. Her experiences proved to be useful in her role as a Product and Partnerships Manager.

Alvina Chackungal is Smartify’s Network Analytics Manager. In this role, she manages the fast-growing network of Urban Panel & Retail Media inventory and provides crucial analytics for clients and partners.
Before Smartify, Alvina graduated with a Master’s degree in finance from the University of Miami and worked as an Accountant and Financial Analyst. She leverages her analytical background to review and analyze network data trends, offering insights and communicating with the Smartify Media Team about developments in finance, projects, data trends, and network trends.

Debbie is a former agency founder and marketing executive with 20+ years of experience positioning and accelerating brands, creating distinctive messaging, delivering effective campaigns, and identifying growth opportunities.
As Smartify’s SVP of Marketing, Debbie leads our marketing, communications, and sales strategies and builds relationships with our clients, advertisers, and partners. Her experience as an entrepreneur gives her a unique advantage in understanding the core elements of what is important to businesses at all stages of growth and ensures that Smartify is a champion of our valued advertising and philanthropic partners.
Debbie has a vast agency background having co-founded an award-winning agency that was acquired by WPP and held roles in several PR and Advertising agencies in NYC. She’s also been an in-house marketing leader at both B2C and B2B organizations, from startups to global brands. Debbie launched her career as a copywriter and uses that experience every day at Smartify to ensure our message is consistent, clear, and resonates with our audiences.
Debbie earned a BA from Seton Hall University, completed an Executive Leadership program at Cornell University, and is a HubSpot Certified marketer.
With nearly 2 decades of experience in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting, Dan serves as the company’s financial controller. Before joining Smartify, Dan worked as a financial controller of publicly traded and privately held companies, in industries such as manufacturing, insurance, R&D, and most recently 10 years in the hospitality advertising space.

As VP of Client Success and Partnerships, Inna plays a primary role in shaping customer experiences and expanding Smartify’s SMB network. Stephen Adams is the General Counsel at Smartify Media, bringing over 20 years of global legal and compliance experience across a wide array of industries, including technology, biotechnology, asset management, and energy. His broad legal expertise encompasses corporate governance, securities law, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), complex financial transactions, labor and employment law, executive compensation, and general corporate matters.
Throughout his career, Stephen has advised CEOs and boards of directors on regulatory investigations, strategic initiatives, risk management, and capital-raising efforts, as well as overseeing day-to-day legal and operational issues. Prior to joining Smartify Media, Stephen served as a Partner at Goodwin, and as Vice President and Counsel at Wellington Management, where he developed deep business acumen and a comprehensive understanding of legal challenges in both public and private sectors.

Oleg oversees network expansion and support, sales, marketing, and product innovation, including such transformative industry offerings as StreetPost by Smartify™; and works with the founding executive team to define and execute Smartify’s strategic growth plan and corporate development. With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, most recently launching and scaling as CEO of the digital signage market leader serving global residential real estate brands, including Sotheby’s International Realty, Christie’s International Real Estate, Anywhere Real Estate (formerly Realogy), Compass, and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™. He began his professional career as a corporate counsel after earning degrees from Harvard Law School and Boston University.
Joe Kunigonis is an industry veteran and subject matter expert within the digital outdoor advertising, programmatic, real estate, and location-based technologies segments of the DOOH and Retail Tech Industries. Joe has over 27 years of experience in outdoor advertising, media, and retail digital signage. He has been involved with thousands of signage deployments nationwide with some of the largest real estate companies including Federal Realty Investment Trust, Regency Centers, Simon Properties, Brookfield, Lufthansa, Newmark Merrill, JBG Smith, AT&T, and Samsung. These deployments consist of digital signage networks, large format LED & traditional sign deployments, transit & bus digital networks, SmartCity, wireless HUB deployments, NOC creation, and multi-tiered beacon and data deployments. He has also activated 1000s of advertising campaigns with some of the largest global brands and advertising agencies.
Before Smartify Media, Joe co-founded Corner Media, a pioneer in programmatic signage, where he is a current investor and is knowledgeable about the supply side, demand side, and signage development during his time at Clear Channel Outdoor in his role as Vice-President of Real Estate & Public Affairs and Gable in his role as Vice-President of Managed Services and Network Operations.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts from Seton Hall University and has studied Planning & Urban Development at Virginia Tech. He is an 11-year member of ICSC -International Council of Shopping Centers, a member of the Digital Signage Federation, OAAA, and the Digital Placed-Based Advertising Association.
