Madison is a marketing professional with experience spanning digital media, social content strategy, analytics, and brand development. As a Digital Media Specialist at Smartify, Madison supports the execution and optimization of digital campaigns across Smartify’s growing Digital Out-of-Home network, helping bridge creative storytelling with data-driven performance.

Luca Derito is a Miami native and Digital Media Specialist who brings a passion for consumer psychology and a sharp eye for strategy to Smartify Media’s growing team. Holding a B.B.A. in Marketing from Florida International University, Luca has built hands-on experience spanning digital media, real estate marketing, event execution, and digital tools and platform strategy. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he brings a versatile and collaborative perspective to every campaign he touches. Luca’s approach to marketing is rooted in understanding the why behind consumer behavior, merging creativity with strategy to build work that doesn’t just perform, but connects. Prior to joining Smartify, he honed this approach at Cervera Real Estate, one of Miami’s most established real estate firms, where he gained deep experience in large-scale marketing operations and brand development across a fast-paced, client-facing environment. As a Digital Media Specialist at Smartify, Luca supports the execution and optimization of campaigns across the company’s growing Digital Out-of-Home network, bringing a strong understanding of modern marketing trends and cross-channel strategy to an ever-evolving industry. Brandon Wood is the creative force behind Smartify’s digital content, bringing over 12 years of experience across diverse creative fields, including graphic design, photography, videography, and art direction. In his role, Brandon focuses on enhancing the media department through innovative advertising content creation, photo editing, PDF design, template creation, and the management of venue photos and company assets for seamless distribution. Before joining Smartify, Brandon served as the Creative Manager for a leading home decor company, where he conceptualized and produced all visual and video content. His expertise also encompassed overseeing graphic and product design, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand identity. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, Brandon is dedicated to elevating Smartify’s creative vision.

Annalise is a Senior Project Manager with Smartify Media. She brings several years of project management to her current role, where she assists with building and managing Smartify’s digital signage hardware platform. Annalise has developed a wide range of skills that help in managing projects from inception to completion. After graduating from Hofstra with a degree in business management Annalise started her first Project Management role in the construction industry. While in college, Annalise participated in various sports including 4 years of Division 1 lacrosse where she was nominated to be captain by her peers and coaches. Her ability to lead and manage has translated from sports to her professional career. She is a highly motivated and results-driven individual which can be attributed to her competitive nature. At Smartify Media, Annalise manages logistics and deployments with our vendors and ensures that our network looks good, both operationally and aesthetically.

Alvina Chackungal is Smartify’s Network Analytics Manager. In this role, she manages the fast-growing network of Urban Panel & Retail Media inventory and provides crucial analytics for clients and partners.

Before Smartify, Alvina graduated with a Master’s degree in finance from the University of Miami and worked as an Accountant and Financial Analyst. She leverages her analytical background to review and analyze network data trends, offering insights and communicating with the Smartify Media Team about developments in finance, projects, data trends, and network trends.

Alvina plays a pivotal role in optimizing Smartify’s media strategy by using data-driven insights to enhance the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. She collaborates closely with various departments and ensures data integrity is maintained, actionable, and aligned with the company’s objectives. Heather Friedman is a seasoned finance leader with over 30 years of experience guiding companies through complex financial landscapes across manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), and digital advertising. As Corporate Controller at Smartify Media, she combines strategic insight with hands-on execution to support the company’s growth and innovation.

Heather has a strong track record in financial reporting, cost management, and operational efficiency. She has led successful ERP system implementations that have streamlined operations, improved data integrity, and delivered actionable insights to support executive decision-making.

Before joining Smartify Media, Heather held senior finance roles in the manufacturing and CPG sectors, where she built a solid foundation in corporate financial planning, cash flow optimization, and fiscal accountability. She has played a key role in equity fundraising efforts, leveraging her ability to present clear, comprehensive financials and foster relationships with investors and financial institutions.

John Mullaney is a results-driven operations and sales leader with nearly a decade of experience spanning project management, business development, and client success across multiple industries. As Smartify’s SVP of Operations and Real Estate, John oversees the operational infrastructure that powers Smartify’s growing Digital Out-of-Home network while leading the company’s real estate partnerships and screen host expansion strategy. John’s career reflects a consistent track record of building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading complex projects from concept to completion. Before joining Smartify, he held roles in outside sales and business development where he honed a customer-success obsessed mindset that continues to define his approach to every client engagement. His experience spans markets across New York and Greater Boston, giving him a sharp understanding of how businesses operate and grow in competitive urban environments. Known for his proactive problem-solving and relentless go-getter attitude, John brings both the strategic thinking and hands-on execution that Smartify’s rapid expansion demands. Debbie is a former agency founder and marketing executive with 20+ years of experience positioning and accelerating brands, creating distinctive messaging, delivering effective campaigns, and identifying growth opportunities.

As Smartify’s SVP of Marketing, Debbie leads our marketing, communications, and sales strategies and builds relationships with our clients, advertisers, and partners. Debbie has a vast agency background having co-founded an award-winning agency that was acquired by WPP and held roles in several PR and Advertising agencies in NYC. She’s also been an in-house marketing leader at both B2C and B2B organizations, from startups to global brands. Debbie launched her career as a copywriter and uses that experience every day at Smartify to ensure our message is consistent, clear, and resonates with our audiences.

Debbie earned a BA from Seton Hall University, completed an Executive Leadership program at Cornell University, and is a HubSpot Certified marketer.

While overseeing the Media Department, she has been instrumental in the activation of direct and programmatic campaigns, consistently driving revenue growth while amplifying the company’s competitive edge.

Before joining the Smartify team, Chloe led the marketing efforts for a fashion company in Miami where she directed and managed successful multi-platform campaigns, gaining expertise in brand development and DTC and B2B advertising.

Chloe’s education reflects her multidisciplinary approach to media innovation. After graduating from Tulane University with a degree in Digital Art, she honed her skills with double minors in Psychology and Art History. As SVP of Client Success and Partnerships, Inna plays a primary role in shaping customer experiences and expanding Smartify’s SMB network. She is dedicated to cultivating loyalty and satisfaction through strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. Her responsibilities include developing customer support and growth strategies, defining satisfaction metrics, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance engagement. In addition, Inna is instrumental in activating and supporting key value-add partnerships with companies such as Yelp, as well as with Smartify resellers and affiliates.

With a background that encompasses start-ups and public companies, Inna has managed customer lifecycle programs for over 20 years, ensuring that Client Success is a clear and consistent driver of business growth. Before Smartify, Inna led investor relations at Zipcar, Soapstone Networks, and Sepracor. At a prop-tech digital signage start-up, she defined and scaled a client success program from the ground up, supporting a global network of elite brands like Sotheby’s, Coldwell Banker, and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. Her diverse experience in investor and client relations has equipped her with a unique perspective on managing and nurturing key relationships.

Stephen Adams is the General Counsel at Smartify Media, bringing over 20 years of global legal and compliance experience across a wide array of industries, including technology, biotechnology, asset management, and energy. His broad legal expertise encompasses corporate governance, securities law, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), complex financial transactions, labor and employment law, executive compensation, and general corporate matters.

Throughout his career, Stephen has advised CEOs and boards of directors on regulatory investigations, strategic initiatives, risk management, and capital-raising efforts, as well as overseeing day-to-day legal and operational issues. Prior to joining Smartify Media, Stephen served as a Partner at Goodwin, and as Vice President and Counsel at Wellington Management, where he developed deep business acumen and a comprehensive understanding of legal challenges in both public and private sectors.

Lenny Zappa serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Smartify Media. His expertise spans the full spectrum of digital signage solutions, from conceptualization and design to implementation and support.

Oleg Vyadro is President and Co-Founder of Smartify Media. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s overall strategy, network growth, product development, marketing, corporate development, and key commercial initiatives. He works closely with the executive team to scale the company’s digital out-of-home and retail media platform across the U.S., and to develop and execute strategic partnerships and transactions across real estate, technology, and brand ecosystems.

Oleg has more than 20 years of experience building and operating technology-enabled media and infrastructure businesses. Prior to co-founding Smartify Media in 2020, he served as Chief Executive Officer of an international digital signage company that achieved category leadership in North America, serving leading real estate brokerage brands and commercial property organizations.

At Smartify Media, Oleg has led the expansion of the company’s network across more than 45 U.S. markets and the development of products designed to monetize physical real estate through digital media.

Oleg began his career as a corporate attorney advising early-stage and growth companies, and holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Joe Kunigonis is an industry veteran and subject matter expert within the digital outdoor advertising, programmatic, real estate, and location-based technologies segments of the DOOH and Retail Tech Industries. Joe has over 27 years of experience in outdoor advertising, media, and retail digital signage. He has been involved with thousands of signage deployments nationwide with some of the largest real estate companies including Federal Realty Investment Trust, Regency Centers, Simon Properties, Brookfield, Lufthansa, Newmark Merrill, JBG Smith, AT&T, and Samsung. These deployments consist of digital signage networks, large format LED & traditional sign deployments, transit & bus digital networks, SmartCity, wireless HUB deployments, NOC creation, and multi-tiered beacon and data deployments. He has also activated 1000s of advertising campaigns with some of the largest global brands and advertising agencies.

Before Smartify Media, Joe co-founded Corner Media, a pioneer in programmatic signage, where he is a current investor and is knowledgeable about the supply side, demand side, and signage development during his time at Clear Channel Outdoor in his role as Vice-President of Real Estate & Public Affairs and Gable in his role as Vice-President of Managed Services and Network Operations.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts from Seton Hall University and has studied Planning & Urban Development at Virginia Tech. He is an 11-year member of ICSC -International Council of Shopping Centers, a member of the Digital Signage Federation, OAAA, and the Digital Placed-Based Advertising Association.
